We wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to reserve and order bulk pork! We ask that you simply put down a small deposit (about 25%) so we know you’re interested and we can ensure you get a whole or a half pig cut, wrapped and processed according to what you want, delivered to your door! Pre-order for spring pigs is open now and we have a few left in both processing dates. Delivery will be April for batch 1 and late May/early June for batch 2.
