INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs chicken pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt (0r 1/2 tsp table salt)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Make the seasoning paste by mixing oil, salt, pepper and spices together.
Using your hands or a pastry brush, coat chicken pieces with the oil and spice mixture.
Arrange chicken pieces on the lined baking tray in a single layer
Bake uncovered until internal temperature is 165F (about 40 min)
Remove chicken from the oven and baste/brush the pieces with the pan juices with a clean pastry brush.
