Chilli Chocolate Pork Chops
Ingredients:
6 boneless pork chops
3 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chipotle chilli powder
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
Directions:
Remove pork chops from packing and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on a cutting board or tray.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl thoroughly.
Using approximately 1 tsp per side, rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chop. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Place chops on a preheated grill and cook until desired doneness. (Pork is recommended to be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 F.)
Remove from the grill, rest for 5 min - serve.
